Dana White repeated on Logan Paul’s podcast that the UFC event in the White House is “happens.”

“When you walk around the White House with him, he is so proud of the White House and he loves it so much and he loves America. He thinks the White House belongs to the people of America. He will do more things like children coming in Easter eggs, things around Christmas and special events I was lucky to say, ‘We should fight here.’ “
There are still many specific details about the event that needs to be determined, but an important logistical obstacle has already been cleared, White said.
“The fighters go out of the oval office,” White revealed, confirming a rumor.
The event will be a tough ticket as less than 5,000 people will be participation. However, “it is about the gate,” White said.

“I want to do this without any crowd. Being on the lawn of the White House with the background is the White House, I don’t care. This is not about the crowd for me-it’s about being in the White House … We’re coming on the southern lawn in the White House,” White said.
“This is a one-in-one, an opportunity for once in life that will never happen again.”
White and Trump have built a friendship over the years when Trump has participated in several UFC matches, and White spoke on the Republican national convention when Trump first ran for president almost a decade ago. White also said Trump has been in his corner (no word games calculated) since UFC’s early days.
“The best thing about being friends with him is that he is an amazing guy … Think about when we started UFC and he made us come to Taj Mahal. The Trump mark was [up here]UFC was [down here.] It’s hard for people to wrap their heads around how this brand was seen at that time. Venues did not want us, sponsors, TV was afraid of us, payment-per-view would not even put us on, sanction of organizations, athletic commissions would have nothing to do with us. So the way he supported us at first was great. And everything that happened to me in my career, he would be the first guy to reach out. “

The Wall Street Journal Reported earlier this month that weigh-ins will take place at Lincoln Memorial. Originally, it was reported that the event would be held on July 4, but logistical problems with this date have pushed it into June, according to the report.
