Kartarpur: Sikh-eligible from all over Pakistan and abroad arrive at Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, Kartarpur, as three-day rituals marking the 486th anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Begin Today.

Pilgrims remember the year of death in celebrations performed on Gurdwara from 20 to 22 September.

The event that honors Guru Nanak’s last resting place where he spent his last 18 years of age pulled thousands of Yatris (Pilgrims) From all over Pakistan and abroad, although Indian Sikhs were prevented from traveling to Pakistan this time.

Thousands of SIKH pilgrims come to Pakistan every year to commemorate Baisakhi and other religious holidays.

It may be noted that the relations between Pakistan and India have been thrown to their lowest point this year after the deadly gun attack on April 22 in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), where 26 tourists, including a Nepali citizen, were shot dead in Pahagam’s scenic Baisaran -Valen.

India accused Pakistan of the attack – accusations that Islamabad denies. Then India launched an attack on Pakistan, labeled as “Operation Sindoor,” but met with an appropriate response.

The Pakistani armed forces not only shot into Indian drones entering the Pakistani territory destroyed their checking posts on the border, but also shot down their fighter jets, including the French -made Rafale.

The conflict ended after US President Donald Trump sparked a ceasefire between the arch-rival nations.
