Islamabad:
A petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC), which seeks to declare as illegal the alleged “inflammatory positions” made by X (formerly Twitter) account of PTI founder Imran Khan during his prison.
The petition presented by Citizen Ghulam Murtaza Khan through Barrister Zafarullah claims that positions made by the official account of a convicted prisoner while in prison are illegal, inflammatory and malicious.
It requests the court to impose on the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency and PTA to investigate and decide who has teased the PTI founder’s account.
