Sarah Michelle Gellar has dedicated some special moments to sip a “bitter” cocktail.
Catch up PEOPLE The magazine, the 48-year-old American actress, who has worked with Campari to host the 13th annual Negroni week, a celebration of Bitter-Forward-Cocktail and the Bartending Society behind it, opened up her favorite drink and revealed she likes to have Negroni.
Gellar said, “I like to have a good cocktail at the end of the night. The key to it is that it is always made correctly to make a proper Negroni, you need Campari, you have your gin, you have your vermouth and it is so simple.”
The DEXTER: Original sin Star continued to shed light on the reason she is fond of the classic drink that quippes, “You are always guaranteed to get a good cocktail,” thanks to its simplicity.
“I find out that sometimes other cocktails, it’s as if it’s up to every bartender how they do it, but in this way you got your Campari, you know you’re good,” she said.
In particular, Negroni Week, held from September 22 to September 28, with Imbibe Magazine, has grown into a world’s charity event. It raises money for Slow Food, an organization that works in over 160 countries to protect biodiversity and support justice through food culture.
