Adele has reportedly been startled by the brutal murder of Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist.
The reports about Hello Hitmaker’s 2026 Super Bowl appearance appeared, and the deal is said to be in conversations years later, she refused to perform in 2016.
After the recent murder of Kirk, Adele has allegedly “excluded performing on the 2026 Super Bowl Halfime Show” as “she is petrified after what happened to Kirk,” an insider told Radaronline.
“There is no way she will stand in front of 100 million people on the Super Bowl now. Adele thinks she would have a bullseye on her back.”
In light of the current social-political conditions in the United States, the singer is concerned about her security.
“She hardly leaves any longer home except for work obligations,” another source said.
“She has staff and close family around her, but otherwise she avoids the outside world. Adele tells us that she is afraid of becoming a goal like Kirk.”
Adele previously said that NFL’s showcase was about dance more than music, so she rejected the 2016 concert to perform at the half-time show.
“First of all, I’m not doing Super Bowl … I mean that show isn’t about music. I can’t dance or something like it. They were very kind they asked me, but I said no,” she told a los angeles -crowd eight years ago.
For the unwifery, Kirk was shot to death during a public voice event at a university in Utah earlier in September and triggered an outrage among the public figures about their security.
