Pennywise is the clown returned, this time in Derry, a Maine -by, as shown in the trailer to It: Welcome to Derry.
The series is a prequel for the original IT movies. In the year 1962, citizens on the spot, especially children, face the danger of the notorious killer.
Lots of blood and chaos happen in the recordings. “After eight years of staying at the base, I just think my missus is ready for a little taste of normal,” Leroy Hanlon (Jovan Adepo) shares when he enters town.
“Well, if normal is what you are after, you will two love Derry,” replies an unknown person.
Based on Stephen King’s novel, its log line, “Welcome to Derry is set in the world by Stephen King’s IT universe, IT: Welcome to Derry is based on King’s IT novel and expands the vision created by filmmaker Andy Muschietti in the feature films it and it: chapter two”.
Andy Muschietti, a veteran of the franchise, will instruct more episodes. Meanwhile, the show plays Taylour Paige, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, Rudy Mancuso and Bill SkarsgÄrd as Pennywise.
