Rawalpindi:
An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday recorded the statements from another three prosecution quarters in a case related to an attack on GHQ on May 9, 2023 following the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Imran Khan, who is also one of the most important accused in the case, participated in the trial through video link from his prison cell in Rawalpindis Adiala prison.
Witnesses Inspector Ismat Kamal, Inspector Tehzeeb-Ul-Hasan and Akbar Abbas-ducked up in court to give their testimonies.
ATC called three additional witnesses – Yaqoob Shah, Nazim Hussain and Nida Javed – for the next hearing.
