Anker has introduced Prime Docking Station, a desktop accessory built to connect multiple devices and screens.
This device has a wide range of gates with a digital screen and control button, elements that are not commonly found in docking stations.
The docking station is marketed as a “14-in-1” device that offers front facing TF and SD card slots next to a 3.5mm audio plug.
Gates and layout
Also on the front there are three USB-C ports that are valued at 100W, which delivers fast charging and data transfer, with two run on 10 Gbps and one at 5 Gbps.
Above these is a compact 2.1 with 0.9-inch digital screen that can display charging information or serve as a watch.
A side -mounted button allows users to cycle between the different display states, making this feature more interactive than the average dock.
On the back, the docking station is connected to the host unit through a 140W upstream USB-C port that supports 10 Gbps.
Other inputs include a 2.5 GBP Ethernet port and multiple USB-A ports with speeds of either 480 Mbps or 5 Gbps.
At external screens, a displayport allows output at 8K and 60Hz, while two HDMI ports deliver 8K at 30Hz.
These compounds are supported via displaylink, which can help expand compatibility but can also affect performance in some cases.
This device comes with a dark gray metallic finish aimed at balancing professional aesthetics with durability.
It measures 7.7 inches long, 3.6 inches wide and 1.9 inch high, rough translation to 195 x 92 x 48 millimeters.
While compactly compared to some workstation nodes, it is still larger than most travel -friendly options.
The inclusion of a small screen and a physical button separates it visually, although it still has to be seen whether these elements give the value of the real world beyond the news of the news.
This unit appeared on IFA 2025 and has been released in the United States, China and now Europe.
In Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, the accessories are available via Amazon of € 349.99, but in England it is sold on Anker’s Website for £ 299.99.
