HP has announced a number of new AI improvements to its printing and scanning devices to ensure that users get the best quality output.
Together with a number of new products, including business screens and peripheral devices, HP revealed a selection of printers as well as software improvements.
For example, companies can immediately unlock high quality scanning with HP AIS automatic image correction function, reducing any time involved in treatment.
You really can’t escape from AI – it comes to a printer near you
From there, HP AI will handle document names with multi-page capture to make it much faster to methodically scan larger documents. However, it gets better because workers can also use HP AI to summarize documents and prepare an E email directly from a scanned file and it will roll out this month.
However, HP is not only focused on improving the scan functionality. It also wants to make printing cheaper for you with an AI feature called ‘perfectly formatted prints’ that help users print web pages and e emails without awkward formatting or layout, reducing spilled paper and ink.
The company confirmed its envy photo 7200/7900 All-in-one printers will be the first to get HP AI, but we also know it is expanded to “choose HP printers” over time.
Often asked questions about the company’s HP AI webside indicates the Deskjet 2800/2900/4300/4200/4300, Envy 6100/6500 Series, Tank 5000/6000/7000/7300/7600 and Office Reading Pro 8100/9100/9700 Printers will also get the ‘perfect formatted prints’ function.
Companies that want to experience AI-enhanced printing and scanning can immediately buy the aforementioned printers today for $ 219.99/$ 239.99.
There is, of course, a catch and it is the geographical availability of HP AI-I moment reserved for US English setups and US-placed printers. Techradar Pro have asked for confirmation of a wider roll -out – any update will be sent here.
