The Pittsburgh Pirates Fan, which fell from the stands of PNC Park in April and was later invited by the team to throw the first pitch on a game now faced legal issues after being accused of shaking, according to reports.

Kavan Markwood, 20, was indicted for a wrongdoing and snoring offense at night after he was accused of trying to access the home to an ex-boyfriend, CBS News reported, citing Brentwood Police.

According to The report, Markwood knocked on his ex -door around 2 p.m. 3 Sunday morning. Police said doorbell camera footage caught the man “heavily throbbing.”

Markwood was rushed to Allegheny General Hospital’s trauma unit after the accident, where he was in critical condition. Players were visibly shaken, just like many in the stands when medical staff from both teams and EMS placed him on a stretcher and drove him off the field.
