With a mounting pile of scandals, each more cruel than the other, it is terribly difficult to decide what to start with. From the alleged plan to end the Gaza conflict to the Commonwealth Observer Group report, which has been published after a criminal lapse of over 18 months, to the Shama Junjo episode, it seems that the constitutional and unequal government is finally revealing.
The Trump plan for a settlement in Gaza is primarily an attempt to legitimize genocide. It has already taken over 65,000 lives, including children, those who are born and those still in their mothers’ lap. The brutal and barbaric Israeli military assault that extends to almost two years now has reduced the entire strip to a scattered rubble without difference between work areas and residential neighborhoods.
Without mentioning the aggressor and whether it would be kept into account this unprecedented genocide deed, there is no plan to create a Palestinian state and no idea of giving relief and printing to a starved and coated people, the whole exercise comes as a neo-colonial venture aimed at carving a deadly presence in the region to press it to permanent assistance.
The capitulation of the entire Muslim leadership in the region is under urgent public control, and it seems that no one will escape an indictment. How could one accept a plan that does not secure the rights of the Palestinian people to their own independent state, and how, even in their indescribable misery, could they be challenged to accept the drakonic agreement within a particular time frame or become ready for total annihilation? Is the world’s conscience death? And what have the Muslim leaders sold their souls to?
Accepting the Trump plan from the Pakistani government along with heaps praise on its architect sprays salt over the wounds of the Palestinian people and all those who have fought heroically for an independent state as a matter of their inalienable right. The world, including the United States, through One Accord, has previously been with its approval of a Palestinian state, which it now renames without a strip of Compunction.
And imagine: A Tony Blair, someone who should be in the Hague facing charges of committing abominable crimes against humanity for his role in the war in Iraq at the request of the United States, has been proposed as leader of Gaza International Transitional Authority. Obviously, he is never the one with even a moderation of conscience to secure human rights, and he comes across an appropriate choice among the coherent criminals to continue the genocide against the Palestinian people. In comments on the proposed agreement, someone in a recent TV program said that this choice only reveals that Satan was not available for the job.
It is understood that because of the policies that the state has pursued in recent years, it is important for it to secure Western support, especially for the United States. But by doing so, it must also consider that its own sovereignty and independence by entering into strategic compromises with significant proportions will be tested seriously in the coming times. This is what the story teaches us, but it seems that we are reluctant to learn from it and are currently engaging in raising a castle on make-faith stories about being the favorite partners in this dishonest game plan.
The reason why the state is behaving in an embarrassing inferior way can be traced to the content of the Commonwealth Observer the Group report on the Pakistan election of February 8, 2024. It has been released after a criminal lapse of over 18 months, and so did its contents by the drop of the drop. Telegraph reported the news when “Commonwealth helped Pakistani Optional Rigging”. The report only confirms one’s worst fear of how bad and obvious the election was rigged to the benefit of certain parties, with a seemingly intention to keep the most popular party and its leader out of power.
In addition to making recommendations for the implementation of a comprehensive inspection of the Election Commission in Pakistan and its function in various spheres, the report shows several critical steps taken to unfair disadvantage a party. This includes questions about the entire election process during traveling, election day and post-election phases. It is a deadly indictment of the entire election process.
The group considers a counterfeit the notion that security must come at the expense of democracy. It continues to elaborate that: There must be clearer demarcation between military and civil authority in accordance with the country’s constitution and international law. That political parties and all the state’s bodies, including the military, must establish new rules for commitment that ensure the holiness of democratic institutions and process, regardless of the boundaries of political maneuvering. And that the judiciary must be able to act free from outside pressure.
The report has also listed scores of steps that interfered in the holding of free and transparent elections in the country. These related to the restriction of basic political rights, which limits PTI’s ability to contest the election fairly, pre-election stage, which affects the concept of a level-game field, including non-allocation of the bat symbol to PTI candidates that restrict journalistic freedoms, including in terms of speech and awarding of tightness for a culture of violence against the journal against the journal against the journal against Detention periods of disappearance.
The closure of mobile phones on election night and the ruling party’s state control over media significantly reduced the election process and affected the effectiveness of delivering results, which may have compromised credibility, transparency and including the election process. A number of differences were noted between voting between polling station forms and tabulated results at the electoral level, which may have resulted in some candidates being illegally returning.
This is such a cushioning of a report that anyone can be. After the release, the false election is deprived of February 8 by any shredded by credibility and legitimacy. The state stands naked in the court for the people whose mandate it stole to hoist a lot of favorites in the seats to power. Pakistan is poorer for this Krass act of fraud, deception and deception.
Manipulation within leader to weakness outside. This is a moment for severe introspection. In the absence of political and consequent economic and strategic stability, Pakistan can advise to continue sliding down the precipitate? There is a need to think of a remedy strategy. One has to face the reality that the existing fabricated system, even a modicum of legitimacy, cannot maintain the challenges that weave. Of course, an urgent and meaningful change has become crucial before irreparable damage is incurred.
