Controversy shyles Broncs’ victory over the Eagles

The end of Denver Broncos’ victory over Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday was under control of a call that officials did not make in the final moments.

The Eagles Quarterback Jalen hurts the tight end Dallas Goedert near the finish line. Goedert had two Broncos defenders on him. It looked like Broncos Safety JL shines may have mixed with Goedert as he went to the ball. No flag was thrown on the play as the passport fell incompletely.

Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni threw his arms up in confusion as he asked for a flag to come out. But to no avail.

Broncos, who drove back JK Dobbins, started the comeback with a 2-yard rushing touchdown to hood a 10-play, 64-yard drive. NIX was 24-of-39 with 242 passing yards and a touchdown pass. Dobbin’s race in 79 yards at 20 carries with the scoring. Courtland Sutton had eight catches in 99 yards. Engram ended with four catches in 33 yards.

Hurts ended 23-of-38 with 280 passing yards and two touchdowns. Barkley and Goedert each had touchdown catches. Smith led the team with eight catches in 114 yards. AJ Brown had five catches in 43 yards.
