New York Liberty player Natasha Cloud made non-built allegations that US taxpayers pay for free healthcare for Israeli citizens while weighing the current US government’s shutdown Tuesday two-year Mark for October 7 terrorist attacks on Israel.
“Happy Tuesday. Our government is closed because Republicans want to take hard -working Americans healthcare. Israel has free healthcare. Paid by none other than the US taxpayers. Like what TF is actually talking about?” Cloud wrote on X.
Israel has its own universal health system funded by a national income tax and an income -related health tax that the residents pay. However, some US help indirectly affects the health sector of Israel, primarily through military assistance and smaller, targeted grants for medical devices.

Meanwhile, the Senates Democrats blocked the Republicans’ bid to reopen the government for a sixth time Wednesday as the pressure and threats of the White House increased. Democrats, led by Senate Minority Manager Chuck SchumerDN.Y., has made the fight to reopen the government on healthcare, specifically through the blunt instrument to expire tax credits under Obamacare, formerly known as the AFDABLE CARE ACT (ACA).

Cloud has been given controversy in the last year to express left -wing opinions on social media.
Cloud made several controversial submissions after the murder of Charlie Kirk and the arrest of the alleged Assassin Tyler Robinson last month. Cloud even deleted an X -post that asked setbacks in which she made presumptions about the alleged murder’s family’s political conviction.
“So how has been turning this? Raised in a good middle -class family, Dad was an officer/church leader, the whole family of Republicans and gun owners [and] Trump -supporters, ”Cloud said in the deleted post.
Cloud left several other controversial posts back on her feed. A post made the non-built claim that Robinson was a “right-right Republican.”
“Tyler Robinson and his parents were Republicans. Long Right Republicans,” the Cloud wrote.
Cloud also left a post on her feed that contained a racially charged comment about Robinson and connected the murder to recent threats to historically black colleges and universities. The FBI said in a statement at the time it is “aware of Hoax threat calls” to Hbcus.
“So why threatened HBCUs when it was a 22-year-old white boy from Utah who shot Charlie? Racism. Not politics. Racism. Difference in politics you give tax cuts to billionaires. You’re mute but I’m digging. Your hatred for other people is not politics,” Cloud wrote.
In July, she made controversial comments about President Donald Trump and American immigration and customs enforcement. Cloud, who has been a vocal supporter of Socialist New York City mayor candidate Zohran Mamdani, praised the candidate while warning Trump against sending ice to the city.
“Mamdani, my boy!” She told journalists after a Liberty practice in New York.
“If Donny wants to come down here, if Ice wants to try to get down here, that’s fine.
“But [they’re] Go to learn the hard way … New Yorkers really aren’t F — around. They don’t play about each other. It doesn’t play about this city. “
Cloud continued to deliver a large number of her support for socialism and belief that Trump’s resistance is “to come to them.”
“I just think it’s ruthless by our president, reckless for this administration, but it’s also exciting for us, the people, because that’s when you know we’re coming to them,”

“The power systems work as they were always intended to work,” Cloud told Associated Press. “And it’s time to break down a system that has only been about white men.”
Cloud and Liberty’s season ended on September 19, when they were removed from WNBA playing games in the first round against Phoenix Mercury.
