Google cuts down on external work, adding new boundaries of “work from anywhere” policy

  • Google’s ‘work everywhere’ policy is tightened up
  • The company says it was never designed as an alternative to working from home
  • Leisure APPLICATION WEEKS IN WEEK SO A DAY COST A HELD WEEK

Google is believed to revoke some remote work policies and tighten its ‘work everywhere’ (WFA) policy that was first introduced when the world struggled to establish new norms in a post -pandemic world.

This is on top of previous changes in its hybrid work setup, which require most workers to be in the office for at least three days a week.
