Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison responded to dozens of school board members who call on the state to keep biological men out of girls’ sports by saying that the question “doesn’t hurt anyone.”

A letter bound by more than 40 school board members expressing support for political audits to enforce title IX and protect girls’ sports received the answer from Ellison this week.

“Let the very small number of transient students in Minnesota play on their school sports team do not hurt anyone, but to separate them does,” reads part of Ellison’s statement.

Ellison said this despite the fact that several girls’ high school plains in his state have talked about how the experience of facing trans athletes has affected them, and some have even brought a lawsuit on the question.

Three anonymous Minnesota High School girls brought a lawsuit against the state’s educational agencies in the spring after having to compete against a transgender softball pitcher.

One of the applicants former Pakinomist Digital told about what it was like to play against Trans Pitcher.

“This question has affected me in ways I had never imagined. It is simply unfair and I hate that nothing is happening to change it. Boys should not be able to take girls’ spots on team just because they are able to do it. I hope more girls affected by this question will stand up against this.” Said the player.

Another anonymous player directly called Ellison to support the policies that have enabled Trans Pitcher to play against women.

“It’s really troubling to know that [Ellison] Does not take rights for girls and women seriously. He allows boys to compete with girls and it is not safe and completely unfair. Knowing that AG Ellison is in complete support for letting boys and men benefit from women in sports is absolutely disgusting and wrong, “an anonymous player said former Pakinomist Digital.

Former White Bear Lake High School Softball player Kendall Kotzmacher told former Pakinomist Digital that losing to Trans Pitcher in the state tournament left her in tears.

“How do you recognize that you lost against a biological man? How do you treat the events that happened? And it was something all night I still couldn’t do it … We lost to a biological man in a female state tournament,” Kotzmacher said.

Minnesota’s educational agencies are facing A deadline Friday from the US Education Department to change its trans athlete policies. President Donald Trump signed “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order in February, but Minnesota was one of the first state to open the order openly.

Ellison then brought a lawsuit against Trump and the Ministry of Justice about the executive order and appears to be shocked to comply with DOES ‘deadline on Friday.

“Exclusion is a violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act, which has protected Trans Kids rights to participate in all leisure activities for decades,” continued Elison’s statement.

“I am also concerned about the Trump administration’s threats of cutting education financing to children over Minnesota, but this case is in court right now. The federal government’s threats violate the US constitution, Minnesota Law and Title IX itself. in Minnesota. ”
