We have patient waited for Outlander: blood of my blood Final, but surprising, Season 2 is what we need to be aware of. Fortunately for us, production has been underway since the first season began to be sent, so it shouldn’t be too long before we have the episodes for ourselves.
So far the Hit Starz show has come the closest yet to a potential Outlander Crossover – at least if the trailer from section 10 is something to pass by. Henry (Jeremy Irvine) and Julia (Hermione Corfield) still have the worst time for it after their long separation, with Brian (Jamie Roy) now free from the grip of his terrible cruel father. Ellen (Harriet Slater) in the meantime hopes she doesn’t have to marry Malcolm Grant (Simon Merrells).
We still need answers to send us on the way to Season 2, which is set to an early 2026 release, but we are likely to be back with more questions than we already have. Details are closely protected, but Irvine and Corfield explained to me that Season 2 will be “Wild not what we expect.” Intrigue!
‘Wild’ Outlander: Blood of My Blood Season 2 is something we don’t expect, says role crew
Look at
“You want to see your characters at the end of season 1, and then where they start season 2, not what you would expect,” says Irvine. “I didn’t expect it. I was very confused when I went in to my first costume mounting and then the costumes and asked, ‘What on earth will it be?’
What this means I can’t say. We know out of all four of our protagonists that Henry and Julia are in the biggest pickle, so it makes sense that they have the most intricate plot that goes into new episodes.
If the role crew is something to pass by, they probably haven’t been completely sure – Season 1 filmed four alternative finishes and they have no idea what will be used until tonight.
“We get our manuscripts while we film the block before,” says Corfield. “We are currently doing block one and two [of season 2]And we don’t start to see scripts for block three until we’re almost done with block two, so you constantly learn where your character goes too. In fact, we have no idea what is really coming. “
Irvine adds, “We filmed about four different endings for season one, so we still haven’t seen which they’ve been looking for in the final editing.” With the final editing now completed, this could have changed.
But still, we have a real mystery on our hands, both tonight and in season 2 … so get ready.
