The New York Jets is 0-6 and their star recipient does not hold back his frustrations.

It was a dull offensive day for both Jets and Denver Broncos, but in particular a situation made Garrett Wilson sound on New York’s offensive play-calling in the 13-11 loss.

Jets had the ball with only a few seconds left in the first half, and although it was curious to see them running the ball, they had a chance for a Hail Mary at least before heading for the dressing room. But that was not the plan for first -year offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand when Quarterback Justin Fields just looked at the sidelines when the watch was run to zero.

Wilson was visibly furious and went up to head coach Aaron Glenn and apparently his mind spoke after a six-point first half for Jets. After the game, Wilson was asked about that moment.

“I just didn’t know exactly what the plan was,” he told journalists via Gun. “When I figured out of it, I was disappointed.”

Fields added jets’ thought at that moment was to “not let [the Broncos] Finish half with the ball. “New York got the ball at the start of the second half, and after being dominated when they were on offensive, they might simply intervene in the dressing room.

But Wilson clearly did not like that mindset from Jets.

“We need to have nothing to lose mentality,” he explained. “It has to be obvious. We’re out there as players and it’s like ‘let’s go.’ I feel like you should see.

Jets’ defense gave the violation of lots of opportunities in London and strangled a strong broncos overgrowth led by quarterback bo nix. Denver had the lonely touchdown in this game, a pass from Nix to Nate Adkins in the first half.

Meanwhile, Jets saw the fields only 45 passing yards of 9-of-17, with Wilson having three catches in 13 yards. As a team, Jets had a gentle 82 meters to Broncos’ 246 for the game.

“Our guys fought for their a-off,” said head coach Aaron Glenn after the game of his jets. “It was clear. It wasn’t good enough.”

Jets, as frustrations continue to mount will try to break their losing row next week as they face Carolina Panthers at home.
