Bella Hadid shared a touching note about her ongoing fight with anxiety and depression.

The model, which recently marked his 29 -year birthday, went on his Instagram Sunday to share a heartfelt message to show empathy and support to others facing similar challenges.

Bella sent a touching poem that read, “When the load feels too heavy and the future looks dark, it’s okay to take a moment if you feel you’ve lost your spark.”

The supermodel revealed that she carried the weight of “all -encompassing” and “paralyzing” anxiety and depression for many years, which was “invisible to the outside world.”

“It may leave you in tears before you start your day, and wonder why your mind feels so heavy when life around you seems so bright,” she wrote.

Bella also noted that she once felt ashamed of her mental health struggles, but now her sensitivity and empathy is seeing rather “weaknesses.”

“My sensitivity, my attention, my empathy … That’s what makes us people,” she shared.

Kin-euforik-with-founder also reflected on her work with UNICEF and said she met children and families dealing with trauma and fear.

She said of these people, “Under these smiles they keep the same invisible battles with anxiety, PTSD and fear, but without access to the care and security that we so often take for granted.”

Bella ended her post with a friendly message to her followers and wrote, “Please don’t be afraid to ask for help. I’ve been there.”

This came weeks after Bella updated her fans about her 13-year-old battle with Lyme disease.
