The Pakistani Army team has won a gold medal at the prestigious exercise Cambrian Patrol 2025 held in Wales, Britain, from October 3 to 13. This year, the 66th edition of the globally recognized military competition marked.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the exercise maintained its very demanding professional standards, endurance testing, tactical skills and teamwork of participating patrols from around the world.
Teams were required to navigate 60 kilometers of difficult and invaluable terrain within 48 hours and end a number of specialized military tasks in a disputed environment that simulated real battle conditions.
A total of 137 teams from 36 countries participated in this year’s competition. The Pakistani Army team, led by Captain Muhammad Saad, delivered an excellent performance throughout the event and was awarded the gold medal, Ice Pre.
The statement added that this performance is a matter of pride for the whole nation and reflects professionalism, dedication and high training standards of the Pakistani army.
It further stated that the Pakistani army will continue its persecution of expertise and remain obliged to maintain the country’s flags in honor of all future international military competitions.
Interestingly, the Pakistani army also won the gold medal at training Cambrian Patrol 2024, when 128 teams from 42 countries participated in the event. The back-to-back performance reflects the exceptionally high training standards and the operational expertise of the Pakistani army.
