Miami Dolphin’s principal coach Mike McDaniel initially liked his quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, held his teammates responsible.

But one day after another loss of dolphins, McDaniel didn’t like Tagovailoa publicly called anonymous teammates publicly.

During his press conference on Monday, McDaniel stated that he did not actually hear what Tagovailoa said during his press after the game after a 29-27 loss to Los Angeles chargers. After reflection, McDaniel criticized his quarterback.

“Regardless of intention and what was on Tua’s mind, after a loss, like franchise -quarterback, it’s not the forum to displace it,” McDaniel explained. “I think he knows it now. I honestly think there’s no bad intention. But you’re talking about a kind of wrong representation of player-orchestrated film sessions.”

Tagovailoa’s comments became viral when he suggested that other members of the dolphins were needed to start showing more efforts.

“Well, I think it starts with management helping to formulate it for the guys and then what we expect out of the guys,” he explained. “We expect this. Do we get it? Don’t we get it?

“We have guys who show up for only only meetings with players. The guys don’t show up for only meetings with player. There’s a lot going into it. Should we do it mandatory? Don’t we need the mandatory? So it’s a lot of things of the kind that we need to be cleaned. It starts with the little things like that.”

How to respond to McDaniel originally to Tagovailoa’s comments:

“Play-led meetings are extra things outside of what I demand. We have been very responsible to me. It sounds like there was something in his mind about the specific meetings with a few individuals that he tried to be fixed by being directly with communication. I think that is the only way to lead.

“As far as we have been to as a program, I think we have opened the air on all this, and it is very clear how we keep people responsible and what is not marketable with all these things. Obviously he sends a message, but from my point of view, all I have asked for guys they have delivered, and so I am sure he is talking to, teammate. “

The dolphins were able to hand over the chargers the third straight loss on Sunday when Darren Waller scored the leading touchdown in the fourth quarter. But Justin Herbert and Chargers’ violation picked up critical yardage to eventually give Cameron dicker a game -winning field goal that he did not jump.

The dolphins are 1-5 this season with their only win against a defective New York Jets Club in week 4. This start had led many to debate how long McDaniel has left in the main coach’s seat in Miami, and of course losing such a result of frustration in the dressing room.

And while he likes to see one of his leaders being proactive with accountability, McDaniel hopes Tagovailoa will hold these conversations behind closed doors.
