ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan has reiterated its commitment to tackling climate change and promoting sustainable development at a major international climate forum in South Korea.
Minister for Climate Change, Dr. Shezra Mansab Ali Kharal, addressed delegates at the Global Green Growth Institute in Seoul on Wednesday.
The prime minister said in his speech, titled “Implement-ing International Carbon Markets: Country Experiences and Strategic Pathways to 2023”, that Pakistan had shown “significant commitment and leadership” in confronting the challenges of climate change both at home and abroad.
