King Charles has apparently broken his silence on Prince Andrew’s situation.
His Majesty has made a final decision about his defamed brother and has chosen a complete exile of the Duke of York.
In an official statement released by Buckingham Palace, the monarch is seen extending her sympathy to Prince Andrew’s alleged sexual abuse victim, Virginia Giuffre.
Royal expert Rebecca English was quoted in a statement from Buckingham Palace as saying: “His Majesty has today launched a formal process to remove Prince Andrew’s styles, titles and honours.”
She further writes on X: “Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His easement at the Royal Lodge has to date given him legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice to vacate the tenancy has now been given and he will move to alternative private accommodation.”
“These votes of no confidence are deemed necessary, despite the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him.
“Their Majesties wish to make it clear that their thoughts and deepest sympathies have been and will remain with the victims and survivors of any form of abuse,” she notes.
