The Fortnite live event playlist is now in-game
If you read in Fortnite and scroll down a bit on the Discover menu and you will find Fortnite The Simpsons live event playlist. You can’t participate yet, but this confirms that it will indeed be a separate playlist.

The Simpsons has announced a Rocket League collaboration launching on November 1st. This probably points to some Rocket Racing ties as well, since it’s all owned by Epic Games.
El Barto wreaks havoc
You may have noticed some updates to Fortnitemare’s branding on the main page Fortnite channels and website this week. Graffiti from the infamous is scrawled all over, making Fortnite ‘Fartnite’. If you go in-game, you’ll also see this, as well as a little animation of Bart using spray paint. This is the first real look at the upcoming Bart skin, which puts him in a robot suit, just like Morty.

Fortnite creators like NickEh30 will reveal early looks at the upcoming The Simpsons tie-in later today. At 3pm ET / 11am PT / 7pm BST we’ll get our first look at gameplay. You can even see a new key art image in the tweet embedded above showing off some new skins.
Jonesy and Hope fight Kang and Kodos
We haven’t seen a whole lot of official key art from Epic Games regarding the upcoming The Simpsons tie-in. The image above shows Jonesy and Hope in the style of The Simpsons facing off against Kang and Kodos. Hopefully we’ll get a look at in-game characters later today.
Sidekicks will arrive next season
On October 30, Epic Games revealed Fortnite Sidekicks. These are essentially pets that players can purchase, with these new companions following around certain game modes. There is set to be one in the new Battle Pass, and several have been shown off in the trailer.
A new tweet advises players to arrive early

The Fortnite X account has sent an update regarding the upcoming live event. It is advised that players arrive early to avoid missing out on the festivities. Personally, I want to jump into the game half an hour before the start time.

If you go to Creepy Camps in Fortnite Battle Royale, you’ll see Bart’s Treehouse, in a distinctly different cel-shaded style. Next to this is a large red countdown clock ticking down to the event. You can monitor this while in-game or keep up to date with this live blog. I will provide continuous updates on how much time is left before the live event begins.
