LAHORE:
The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have concluded proceedings regarding power-sharing in Punjab province as the latter addresses the former’s concerns.
Sources said the PML-N has once again agreed to release development funds in the constituencies of 30 PPP provincial assembly legislators and ticket holders.
It is also likely that OPP will get a stake in the recruitment of lawyers in the Punjab government’s law department. There is a possibility that OPP MPAs and ticket holders will be included in the district coordination committee, they added.
