Ferguson is waiting to move into a £3.6million villa in Portugal owned by her daughter Princess Eugenie and her businessman husband Jack Brooksbank
The banishment came just days after an email between her and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was made public.
In the email, Fergie said: “You have always been a steadfast, generous and superb friend to me and my family.
In response to the emails, her spokesman previously said: “This email was sent in connection with the advice the Duchess received to try to mitigate Epstein and his threats.”
