ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has on Friday scheduled a case for hearing to stop Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from working over allegations of having a fake degree.
According to the docket, a two-member bench of the High Court will hear the case on November 25, filed by Mian Dawood Advocate.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.
The SC had declared the High Court’s decision to suspend Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from work null and void and reinstated him.
