It’s time to gather the Avengers and/or Justice League fans in your life, because we’ve got two of the best Black Friday streaming deals you won’t want to miss.
Right now, DC fans can pick up a 12-month subscription to HBO Max for just $2.99 a month (was $10.99). Marvel fans can also get in on the superhero streaming deal by purchasing this annual Disney+ and Hulu bundle for just $4.99 a month (was $12.99).
These discounts are not to be sniffed at either. The Disney+ and Hulu bundle price cut represents a 62% saving on its usual monthly fee, while the HBO Max deal offers even more value for money with a 70% saving.
Admittedly, both offerings are only available for the ad-supported tiers, so you’ll have to sit through the occasional ad break while you stream the best superhero movies around on Disney+ and HBO Max. If you can stomach them, though, these deals are worth grabbing before they expire on Monday, December 1st at 11:59 PM PT. So activate your super speed to take advantage of them.
Super big savings for the MCU and DCU fans in your life
Grabbing one or both of these deals isn’t just a cost-effective way to sign up for two of the world’s best streaming services. With Christmas just around the corner, their ridiculously cheap prices are actually the perfect gift for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and DC Universe (DCU) diehard in your life.
There is absolutely tons of content for comic book fans to watch on both platforms as well. As of November 2025, there are 37 movies and 19 TV series to watch in Marvel’s ever-expanding cinematic franchise. Meanwhile, despite only having three DCU projects (one movie, two TV series) for viewers to consume, there’s a lot more DC comics content to peruse on HBO Max, including several Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and DC Extended Universe movies and TV series.
Considering you’ll only spend $60 on Disney+ and $36 on HBO Max, buying one or both of these 12-month subscriptions represents real value for money. And with more projects still pending in Marvel Phase 6 and DCU Chapter One next year and beyond, there’s a lot more to look forward to. My advice? Grab these great deals while you can.
