LAHORE:
Information Minister Attaullah Tarar has accused the PTI of colluding with anti-government elements in a “failed attempt” to harm national security.
Addressing the media on Sunday, the minister said that people involved in defaming state institutions and those responsible for the May 9 incidents will be brought to justice.
Tarar said the KP government’s administrative and governance “failure” has led to a rise in terrorism, while drug smuggling is allegedly being carried out under its watch.
He added that the Pakistan Army has the full capacity to respond to any aggression.
