ATC reserves judgment on Dr. Yasmin’s plea

LAHORE:

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday reserved its verdict on a bail plea filed by PTI leader Dr. Yasmin Rashid in a case regarding the burning of a police vehicle near Jinnah House during the May 9 violence.

ATC judge Manzer Ali Gill presided over the case and reserved judgment after concluding arguments from both sides. The court announced it would announce the decision on Wednesday.

During the hearing, lawyer Rana Mudassir Umar presented arguments on behalf of Dr. Yasmin

Sarwar Road police had a case against Dr. Yasmin and others accused of setting fire to a police vehicle.
