The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sent a case to the Director Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the forcible discharge of the citizen from a flight from Azerbaijan and disposed of the case. The court said DG FIA should take action on this request as per law and submit a report. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a written order regarding the hearing of a petition by citizen Ehteshamul Haq. The court said that according to the petitioner, he was forcibly offloaded from a flight to Azerbaijan. The petitioner sought to declare the reading illegal, it said.
