- Wix launches Harmony, fusing AI with human input for production-ready websites
- Aria AI integrates with drag-and-drop tools, enabling secure adjustments without breaking code
- The rollout will begin soon in English; pricing information remains undisclosed
Wix has taken its AI-powered website creation to the next level with the introduction of Wix Harmony.
In the past few months, most of the top website builders have introduced generative artificial intelligence (AI), which let builders “vibe code” their websites. In theory, they would simply tell the chatbot what kind of website they needed and the AI would generate the entire website, content and all.
For Wix, there are several problems with this approach:
The biggest problem is that the websites are either demos or lightweight MVS, instead of full-scale, production-ready websites. These sites are created in a “bubble” and as such may include bugs, security holes, and code that does not scale. The other problem is the rigidity of the designers, which makes it difficult to adjust and optimize the AI’s output.
Fixing the problem with Aria
Wix says Harmony solves that problem by fusing human and artificial intelligence. At the core of the product is Aria, its AI tool built on Wix’s underlying architecture. After generating a site, the designer can use Wix’s standard drag-and-drop interface to make changes and optimize the site as they see fit. They can then return to the AI for more adjustments, as it will understand the context and the changes made in the meantime.
Since Aria is built on Wix’s underlying architecture, changes in one area shouldn’t break the code, add bugs, or change the functionality of another part of the site.
“Every action is applied across the experience, backed by the same production quality and reliability that supports millions of businesses on Wix,” the company said in a press release shared with TechRadar Pro earlier this week.
Wix Harmony will begin rolling out in English in the coming weeks, Wix further said, saying it will “gradually become available” to all Wix users. Price information or price levels are not known at this time.

Although AI is already widely integrated into most of the best website builders, users often find new AI tools and the more familiar drag-and-drop tools working against each other, making it difficult to create the website they want.
Aria AI feels like the natural next step in AI integration, helping to move AI from a helpful extra to something fundamental to the website building process. By combining an AI assistant with a visual editor, Wix aims to unlock higher levels of flexibility and creativity for users.
