Dar discusses bilateral relations with BD, Qatar FMs

ISLAMABAD:

Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar on Sunday held separate telephone conversations with his counterparts from Bangladesh and Qatar where they reviewed bilateral relations, regional developments and areas of mutual cooperation.

In his call with Bangladesh foreign affairs adviser Touhid Hossain, the two leaders reviewed Pakistan-Bangladesh relations with a special focus on trade and economic cooperation, the foreign ministry said.

They reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen cooperation across multiple sectors and emphasized the importance of sustained engagement to advance common interests, the State Department said.
