ISLAMABAD:
Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM) Ishaq Dar on Wednesday highlighted Pakistan’s role as a founding member of the Commonwealth and reaffirmed its commitment to democracy, good governance, development and multilateral cooperation.
He made the remarks during his interaction with Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchway, a press release from the DPM’s Office said.
Both leaders discussed opportunities to further strengthen cooperation across priority areas of common interest, particularly through enhanced cooperation within the Commonwealth.
