Chris Hemsworth is sure that ‘Crime 101’ would work better in cinemas

‘Crime 101’ starring Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, will be released on February 13

Chris Hemsworth fans are excited as his new movie Crime 101 approaches.

The action thriller features the 42-year-old as a jewel thief alongside Mark Ruffalo, who plays detective and does everything to catch him.

Crime 101 is billed as a coming-of-age movie, as it reportedly features “typical old school” action.

According to the Thor actor, he hopes that the upcoming film directed by Bart Layton will do well in theaters because he believes that adult crime thrillers do well in theaters.

Speaking to Discussing Films, Chris stated, “In a big kind of franchise tentpole movie that we both know has inhabited that space for many years.”

“I’m incredibly grateful because in an age where social media and other media get up and stream anything,” he continued.

The extraction Star further explained: “It got people going to the cinema and now I think there’s a resurgence of appetite for films like this, because there’s nothing like sitting in a cinema with a bunch of strangers with a big box of popcorn.”

Crime 101, in addition to starring Chris and Mark, it also stars Barry Keoghan, Halle Berry and Monica Barbaro. The film is set to hit theaters globally on February 13.
