KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notices to the Home Minister and the Director General of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) while hearing a petition challenging an ongoing investigation against some FIA officers in connection with the Greek boat tragedy
The SHC on Thursday held a hearing on the plea of FIA Assistant Director Wasi Ullah Bhatti. The court later barred the authorities from taking action against the petitioner and others till January 30.
The FIA is investigating its deputy director Ali Murad and two assistant directors – Rashid Bhatto and Wasi Ullah Bhatti.
