President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday approved the summary of calling a joint session of Parliament on March 2, 2026, as part of the beginning of the new parliamentary year.
According to the presidency, the joint meeting will be held at 15.00 on 2 March. The joint session of Parliament is convened at the beginning of each parliamentary year.
President Zardari will address the joint meeting for the ninth time as the President of Pakistan. His speech is expected to outline national priorities, democratic stability, constitutional supremacy and sustainable economic development.
