PESHAWAR:
The army destroyed ammunition depots in Afghanistan’s Paktika province and an Afghan post next to Shawal in South Waziristan as part of Operation Ghazab Lil Haq against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij, security sources said on Monday.
They said the army continued its retaliatory operations targeting Afghan Taliban hideouts and military installations. The army destroyed the ammunition stores at its Shaheen base, they said, adding that the Afghan Taliban post was destroyed using explosive materials.
Operation Ghazab Lil Haq against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij will continue until its objectives are fully achieved, they said.
