Developer GSC Game World has announced the first major expansion for SSpeaker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, The cost of hopewhich launches this summer for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S and PC.
The cost of hope is what GSC calls a “massive non-linear expansion” packed with dozens of hours of gameplay.” It once again features protagonist Skif as he navigates events that unfold alongside the main The heart of Chornobyl story.
“Enter a fresh expedition across the Zone – a massive non-linear expansion packed with dozens of hours of gameplay. Expect haunting stories, twisted characters and the same heavy atmosphere of decay… with just a glimmer of hope breaking through.”

After installing the expansion, players will receive a PDA signal that is triggered The cost of hope‘s new story, which will again have choices with consequences that affect the Zone and “far beyond”.
