NEW Strands today (game #756) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #756, are…
- BUGS
- SWEET
- FRUIT
- MILLET
- BERRY
- NECTAR
- SEED
- SPANGRAM: FORTHEBIRDS
- My assessment: Easy
- My score: Perfect
As someone who is always “a bit fussy”, this search could have been for anything from chips to fruit salad to turkish banquet.
Instead, we were in search of foods associated with our feathered friends. Discovering the spangram early in the game helped ease my initial confusion after finding BUGS and SUET first – both items not on my snack menu.
I managed to navigate the board relatively easily, struggling only with the combination of NECTAR and SEEDS – and I was also thrilled to spy a rare eight-letter word that wasn’t a game.
Yesterday’s NYT Strand’s Answer (Saturday, March 28, Game #755)
- TEXT
- MISSION
- LETTER
- MEMO
- POSTCARD
- SPANGRAM: CORRESPONDENCE
