Blake Lively has shared her feelings after a major update in her lawsuit with Justin Baldoni.
A judge recently dismissed many of her claims, including the sexual harassment, but the case is still ongoing.
Even after that decision, Lively didn’t back down, saying she’s grateful the most important part of her case will still go to a jury next month.
However, this means that the legal battle is not over yet.
The A Simple Favor actress also explained why she filed the case in the first place, and according to her, she faced severe backlash after speaking out about wanting a safe work environment.
Speaking about how this has affected her, Lively called the experience “unbelievably painful” and made it clear, “I will never stop fighting.”
The court has now reduced the case, but some claims such as retaliation are still active and will be heard at trial.
On the other hand, Baldoni has denied everything and his team believes that the court’s decision supports him.
The case, associated with their film It ends with us will continue in May, when both sides will finally present their side of the story in court.
