Prince Harry puts a ‘non-negotiable’ condition on Meghan in UK plans

Prince Harry appears to be confident in his efforts as he believes a great opportunity is opening up for those in the UK as King Charles continues his state visit to the US.

The Duke of Sussex, who is scheduled to return to the UK for the upcoming Birmingham Invictus Games, is making sure his wife is on board with the new plan of action, insiders have revealed.

Harry has “completely knocked as he has assured his father that they will be taking Archie and Lili to finally enjoy some quality time with him”, sources told Closer. However, they noted that Meghan is “still in two minds” about returning to the UK after all these years.

However, Harry claims that if he is to return to the royal fold, it must be with Meghan, otherwise it would look “pretty weird”. He insists this is a “non-negotiable” part of the plan, even if Meghan is not willing to live in the UK or fully immerse herself in it. She can travel more often, but she will have to stand by his side.

The sources added that it makes “perfect sense” for Harry to find a property close to Windsor that they can use as a “crash pad” when they are in town, and it would ultimately be something that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet can inherit.

It would allow Sussex children to grow close to their British heritage and their royal relatives, further strengthening their ties to the monarchy.

Meghan has “lots of conditions to be met” before she has fully signed up for the trip, but Harry has taken a clear stance on her presence and support for UK plans.

It remains to be seen how this plays out as the reconciliation process with King Charles has been put on hold.
