Two leaders discussed developments in the regional situation and exchanged views on its wider economic implications

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar spoke on Saturday with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
“The two leaders discussed the evolving regional situation and exchanged views on its broader economic implications,” a post on X said. It added that Dar “underscored Pakistan’s continued efforts to promote constructive engagement and diplomacy in support of peace and stability in the region and beyond.”
The Kuwaiti foreign minister, on the other hand, “praised Pakistan’s sincere efforts aimed at promoting lasting peace and security for the Ummah.”
