Mint is an 8-part crime drama, created, written and directed by Charlotte Regan. The series, called ‘Romeo and Juliet with guns’, mixes gangster drama, romance and dark comedy.
The story follows Shannon Evans (Emma Laird), daughter of a powerful crime boss, who falls in love with Arran (Ben Coyle-Larner/Loyle Carner), a member of a rival gang. Their relationship threatens the balance between the two crime families while revealing tensions within Shannon’s own household.
