The blast near Chaman Phatak caused widespread destruction in the densely populated area, shattering windows, damaging buildings and destroying several parked vehicles.
Rescue teams and security personnel immediately reached the spot, took the injured to nearby hospitals and cordoned off the area for investigation. The inclusion of technical experts in the committee was expected to contribute to an accurate assessment of both structural and economic losses.
The authorities assured that every effort would be made to provide timely relief to those who suffered from the tragedy.
The formation of the committee reflected the administration’s commitment to support the victims and restore normality to the affected neighborhood as soon as possible.
