Although I was initially confused by the theme, saying EIEIO out loud immediately made me remember it Old MacDonald had a farm – along with some of the things he was holding.
All the S’s made this game child’s play – although I expected to find a dog or cat along with your standard FARMANIMALS.
When my daughters were young, we were regular visitors to farms, and I still carry scars from a particularly violent tractor ride where I accidentally lowered my head on a metal pole. My response was a bit more rude than EIEI-Ouch.

What is NYT Strands?
Strands is the NYT’s not-so-new-anymore word game, following Wordle and Connections. It’s now a full-fledged member of NYT’s game stable that’s been running for a year and can be played on the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile.
