Islamabad:

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a message to the federal Investigation Agency in Toshakhana Case 2.0.

According to a written order for the consultation of the petition, which sought the release of PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi, IHC declared that the petitions claimed that the case had no legal status and that they should be released.

The advisor to the PTI founder said the case based on the evidence of Approver’s lack of legal status. The lawyer presented the trial accelerates the case process that could affect the fundamental rights of the petries.
