Reality TV personality Tom Sandoval has had his girlfriend Victoria Robinson arrested after an allegedly violent domestic dispute that saw him evicted from his own property.

The 42-year-old Vanderpump rules star filed a formal request for a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson on Thursday, June 25, just weeks after the dramatic late-night altercation took place.

In the court documents, Sandoval claims he suffered severe physical and verbal abuse from his partner, whom he has been dating since early 2024.

The tipping point in the relationship occurred during a night out on June 3, when an argument allegedly turned physical.

According to the court document, Robinson punched Sandoval in the face with such force that it left him in lasting physical pain and caused his vision to blur.

The collision also reportedly caused damage to his ear and neck.

Robinson was subsequently arrested by police on a charge of intimate partner abuse with physical violence, although she was released on bond later that day.

The chaotic incident reportedly escalated further when Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, also became involved.

Sandoval claimed the father lashed out at him in his non-sober state and punched a large hole right through his bedroom door, prompting the reality star to also file a separate domestic violence restraining order against him.

In his emotional statement, Sandoval expressed serious concern for his safety and well-being, explaining that his partner and her father have continued to live in the rental property he is currently paying for.

Noting that he has been completely displaced from his home and simply cannot tolerate the abuse any longer, he stated that his ongoing efforts to maintain the peace have only been met with further hostile behavior.

Sandoval further argued that the physical violence was part of a broader, long-standing pattern of toxic and controlling behavior throughout their relationship.

He claimed that Robinson had previously punched him in the neck, punched him in the face and thrown a full Gatorade bottle at him and subjected him to frequent verbal abuse.

According to the filing, she repeatedly insulted and belittled him by calling him an idiot, an idiot and a miserable loser while telling him she could do so much better and that the only reason people liked him was because of her.

In addition to the physical and verbal altercations, the TV star accused his boyfriend of invading his privacy and trying to manipulate his public image.

Sandoval alleged that Robinson would regularly access his personal phone to change his social media passwords without his knowledge, track his movements using an AirTag and spread falsehoods about him online.

He also alleged that she deliberately entered his unit to erase evidence of her abuse.

Hoping to officially regain access and control of his home, vehicle and personal belongings, Sandoval is now awaiting a formal hearing on the restraining order, which a judge has officially scheduled for July 16.
