Courteney Cox and her longtime partner Johnny McDaid have reportedly ended their relationship after spending 13 years together.
According to reports, the couple separated at the end of last year secretly.
People close to them say the breakup was peaceful, with no arguments or hard feelings between the two.
A source said: “Johnny speaks incredibly highly of Courteney. They had a very deep relationship and they remain extremely friendly.
They are good friends and care for each other very much.”
The former couple first met in 2013 after singer Ed Sheeran introduced them.
They became engaged not long after, but ended their engagement in 2015.
However, Cox and McDaid reunited after that year and stayed together for a few more years.
Reports claim that it slowly became really difficult for both of them to live in different countries and manage busy work schedules.
They often tried to manage their time between the US and the UK, which made it harder to spend time together.
Another insider said: “This wasn’t an ugly split. They had simply reached a point where they were living different lives.”
Although the former partners have not been seen together for several months, neither Courteney nor Johnny have publicly said anything about it.
