Oba Femi and Jey Uso kicked off Night of Champions with their King of the Ring final match on Saturday in Saudi Arabia.
The winner of the match would get a title shot of their choice at SummerSlam. Femi, who apparently had Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in mind going into the match, battled Uso all night. Uso was hoping to win the match and face the Undisputed WWE Champion, bringing another World Title back to The Bloodline.

Uso gave everything he had to get Femi on his back. He did so towards the end of the match with several jabs, a running shoulder block to Femi’s midsection, a spear and an Uso Splash. But it was far from enough to put “The Ruler” away.
The Usos’ conquest proved futile.
Femi regained control and threw Uso to the mat with his raw strength. Femi hit the Fall from Grace and pinned Uso to win the match and become King of the Ring.

“It feels so good to go from ‘The Ruler’ to being the king,” Femi said in his post-match promo. “Jey Uso didn’t understand what he was up against tonight. He thought he was just fighting one man. You might beat a man, but you can’t beat destiny, and you can’t beat destiny, and most importantly, you can’t beat me.
“I am the ruler, the destroyer, the bringer of war, the mountain you cannot climb, the mountain that you cannot conquer, one-of-one, the animal slayer, the one, the chosen one, the king of the ring, Oba Femi!”
Femi must now decide who to go after.
Reigns might make the best choice since the two are Raw superstars. But Sami Zayn won the WWE Undisputed Championship in a triple threat match over Cody Rhodes and Gunther later that night.
