Islamabad:
CJP Justice Yahya Afridi has recommended Syeda Tanzeela Sabahat for appointment as secretary and Justice Commission of Pakistan on Deputation for a year.
The recommendation was completed after a strict selection process performed by a committee tasked with reviewing nominees provided by the province’s main secretaries.
The committee, chairman of the Chief Justice of Pakistan, included Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Shahid Waheed and other Supreme Court judges. Sabahat is currently serving as secretary of science, technology and information technology in the KP government.
